The goal of this powerful system is to help office staff schedule patients more quickly and easily, and give them the ability to easily access valuable information about previously placed orders. Our experience has shown that once an office is using OPS, they never want to schedule a patient by fax again.
We should clarify that OPS does not immediately schedule patients – although there is an option to immediately set an appointment if you have an MD Imaging Scheduler on the phone. The OPS is an online system for submitting and tracking scheduling requests.
OPS is NOT an off-the-shelf software. OPS was developed by MD Imaging with the support of local web development agency Abra Marketing based on the specific needs of the office staff who schedule patients for our referring providers. Every improvement we make to the system is based on input from both our in-house scheduling staff and the actual users in referring offices. OPS is part of our dedication to making the job's of our referring office staff as easy and efficient as possible.
